Robola of Kefalonia (VQPRD)
Dry, white Appellation of Superior quality wine. It has a yellow-green color with golden highlights and a delicate nose. It is balanced and has a long aftertaste. it is best drunk chilled at 10-12 °C  and goes well with sea food, fish and with meats.



Robola of Kefalonia - San Gerasimo (VQPRD)

Made from select, high altitude  Robola grapes. Dry, white Appellation of Superior Quality wine with a yellow-green color and golden highlights. It has a full bouquet, lively acidity and a long aftertaste. It is produced in limited quantities. it is best drunk chilled to 10-12 °C  and pairs well with seafood, fish and with meats.


Melambus

Dry, white table wine made from Tsaoussi and Vostilidi varieties. It is delicate and mild, aromatic and of high quality.  Chilled to 10 °C it is wonderful with seafood tidbits.


Plagies Ainou (Slopes of Ainos)

Vin de Pays which is made from the Kefalonian varieties Robola, Tsaousi, vostilidi and Mothonios. Dry white wine with a light yellow color, a floral aroma and a fruity taste. Chilled to 10 °C it pairs wonderfully with appetizers and regional cuisine.


Brillante blank, sec & demi-sec

Dry and semi dry white table wines produced from the local varieties Robola, Tsaoussi and Moshato. The wines are crystal clear and perfectly balanced. they should enjoyed chilled and go well with appetizers, salads and pasta dishes. 


Linos

Dry red table wine. This sophisticated wine has a dark ruby color, is best drunk at 18 °C and matches well with hunting and red meat.at 10-12 °C and pair well with local pies, cheese and white sauces.
